BUDGET BILLING

A member on budget, or levelized, billing will pay the same amount each month, based on previous usage. There is a settlement month once a year when the bill is adjusted for any over or under billing. You will continue to receive a memorandum statement showing charges for actual usage, budget bill amount, and year-to-date difference. Budget billing may be used regardless of payment method. IN PERSON

You may pay in person at our district offices located in Brownsville, Jackson, Covington, Henderson, and South Tipton. Our customer service clerks will be glad to assist you with other services as well. You may also pay after hours by using the night depository located at each facility. We have a limited customer service center at Pinner’s Farm and Garden in Whiteville. We also maintain collection sites located at Citizens Bank, Merchants and Planters Bank and Regions Bank in Whiteville, Bankcorp South in Henning, Brighton Bank, and Baker’s Drug Store in Jackson.

BY MAIL

We gladly accept payment by mail. Be certain to allow 5 to 7 days for postal delivery. To insure accurate processing, please detach and return the lower portion of your bill.

BANK DRAFT

Visit any local office to set up payment by bank draft. After enrolling in this program, your bill will be paid automatically each month by your bank. You will receive a memorandum bill stating showing the amount that will be deducted from you account. Click here to download a Bank Draft Application.
