Smart Thermostat

Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation is excited to now participate in the TVA EnergyRight® Smart Thermostat Rewards Program! This program gives members the opportunity to earn rebates while helping support a more reliable electric grid during times of peak energy demand. Members who enroll a qualifying smart thermostat can receive a $65 enrollment rebate, along with additional annual participation rebates for staying enrolled. Don’t already have a qualifying smart thermostat? You may receive up to a $100 rebate toward the purchase of a new smart thermostat through the TVA EnergyRight Marketplace. During peak demand events, participating thermostats may be adjusted slightly for short periods of time to help reduce strain on the system — all while keeping comfort in mind. Qualifying thermostat brands include ecobee, Honeywell Home, Nest, Sensi, Amazon, and more.
