Southwest Tennessee Electric members can enroll in Surge HELP® (Home Electronics Loss Protection) to protect their family budget from these unexpected expenses for as little as $4.95 per month.

The Surge HELP® program is offered to members through HomeServe who will pay the full repair or replacement cost of qualifying claims up to the protection limit chosen. To apply for Surge HELP® (Home Electronics Loss Protection), please complete the application and return it to Energy Services at your local office or by e-mail.

Other Surge HELP® benefits include:

  • The homeowner is reimbursed up to the program limit if damaged equipment can’t be repaired.

  • No equipment or installation is required.
